Guarantee

Our chains are guaranteed against all kind of manufacturing fault. The guarantee is not valid in case of:

Wrong assembly
Excessive velocity (more than 50 km/h)
Use on lands without snow or ice

Our guarantee covers only the replacement of the defective piece. In any case personal or material damage caused by the chains will be recognized.

No complaint for the snow chains used on a model of vehicle forbidden by the manufacturer will be accepted.

Attention! Once you have assembled the chain you must drive carefully, since the automobile can react differently.

Advises.

Before beginning the journey it is advisable to try to assemble and dismantle the chains at home. To achieve a good keeping we recommend that the chains should be washed with hot water after being used and be left drying before being kept in their briefcase.

The chains have to be placed on the propelling wheels.

It is not advisable to assemble the chains of 12 mm. on wheels with profiles inferior to 50 (ex. 225/45X16) since they can cause trouble. It is advisable to use chains of 9 mm for this kind of low profiles.

The chain is an emergency mean. The maximum velocity is 50 km/h according to STVO.
